Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
EU / EEA consumers: if you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, the choice of Florida law above does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your home country. For orders fulfilled by Niko Brands s.r.o., Czech and EU consumer law applies to that relationship. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
